The boss battle with mary. I assume after you put on the mask, she is supposed to go back into the cage - except she doesn't as she is too wide to fit back in so she just gets stuck there making it impossible to defeat her. Any fixes?...

I'm in the sewer level, just after using the alter ego to kill the two rat creatures with a pistol. I have the key but no prompt appears to use it, and presing Y does nothing, therefore the door will not open. I have tried on both the lock and the gate directly but nothing happens.
