How to Report Bugs/Crashes
Hi guys, just a quick note on some things that would help when you are submitting bug and crash reports.
Firstly if you are having any issues please firstly refer to our list of known issues and workarounds here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/462440/discussions/8/1291816569115522040/

1. Describe the events before the bug and the bug itself

2. Describe what were you trying to do which led to the bug

3.Are you able to reproduce the bug? If so please detail the steps.

4. Attach the associated log to the post (.log and .dmp files in one single zipfile)
Logs can be found in
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Rokh\WindowsClient\Rokh\Saved\Logs
ALTERNATIVELY - right click the game in steam, select properties, local files, browse local files and navigate to the folder above.

In the case of a Fatal Error crash Steam may also produce a crash log in a folder with a name such as 'UE4CC-Windows-XXXXXXXXXXXXX' within the logs folder. Zipping this up and sending that would also be helpful.

This can be done by uploading the relevant .zip file to an online file sharing service (e.g. we transfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) and pasting a link to the file in the post.
PLEASE NOTE : If you are using a private server the server password will appear in the text file. You may wish to edit this line of the log file to conceal your password.

Alternatively you can email zipped logs to hello@rokhthegame.com or post them in the #bug-report channel on our Discord server - https://discord.gg/rokh

5. Add a screenshot of the location on the map the bug occured (bring up map with M)

6. Which server were you on? Was this a local server, Official server or custom dedicated server?

7. Include any other information you think may be useful.

So... I tried to make my habitat more bright. LED Socket Lamp. Yes? Nope!
Discription: Acts as a source of light.

Nice list, Beaker! I would suggest to add : 1) screenshot of the map showing location of the issue (or coordinates when we'll have them!); 2) server-name and game type (local, etc.).

I'd also like to suggest adding something to the effect that the description, ideally, would include all the steps to fully reproduce the occurence of the issue (i.e. was it repeatable and how).

Something to the effect crashes now usually produce a UE4CC-Windows-XXXXXXXXXXXXX" folder in the that same ../Logs folder. That can wrapped and sent to the email address, or use a service like Google Drive or https://wetransfer.com/ and post the link here.
