The game was upgraded to v0.77 on Nutaku just now and the most revolutionary thing I saw was....

There was no load button anymore.
Maybe the button caused the resets?

For me game can't load after update, so it's not just load button.
On one machine it say that playfabi API not reachable, on other - just can't load.
Strange... I could play the game normally.
However, I hope that the disappearance of the load button would kill off the reset bugs.

Do you use adblockers? Or going incognito?
I remember in my support messages I've gotten that most of the problems are due to those. If not, you can try to clear your cache and cookies and try again. Sorry if I can't be of any help.

I disabled all FF addons - nothing changed. Even tried IE - same result)
Do you use Google Chrome? Just asking since I only see you mentioning FF and IE. I play by using Google Chrome, by the way.
As for the changelogs, you have to remember that they are juggling between 3 versions and they have to fix each and one of them, which is very, very strenuous. Even support tickets aren't getting through to them lately, which is evidenced by my constant bugging.
For now, try to play the Steam version or the Kong version. The Nutaku version could be subject to bugs but that's because it's a different build and new builds are more prone to bugs and glitches. Give them time to fix it and it could be all and well.

Nutaku doesn't have the same type of forum/etc that Steam and Kong have, which makes it a bit more difficult to share full changelogs (especially when we're updating frequently). Their main tool results in e-mails being sent to every player, and I didn't want to spam peoples inbox 2-3 times a day with our updates (which is our current update cadence).

Interesting - if you bring up the javascript console (ctrl+shift+j on most browsers) do you see any errors? The first 3 XML errors are normal, but any errors after that might give us a hint as to what is going wrong.

We have changed a huge number of things behind the scene. Cloud save used to save to only one slot, which meant if your save game file got corrupted/lost then there wasn't much we could do. This was also an issue if someone had the game open in multiple tabs/computers by accident. The two games would overwrite each others save file.

With the new system we store a unique session ID for each game instance and save to that session ID, and we keep a pointer of the most recent session ID. We also do a better job of ensuring the initial connection to PlayFab is solid before starting the game.

Lastly, the new version added a Reminisce option to the final lover image.

You could always add a pop up when you log in that displays the change log or it could be a button in the more tab. If its in game you don't need to worry about emailing people.

I don't mind having mails a few times a day, haha. But that's just me. Yeah, Nutaku doesn't have forums, which may be bad as some of us may resort to posting stuff like this on other places (Eg: Steam right now). I would've liked having forums, as it's probably easier to get in touch with other players and developers.

By the way, you're probably watching this, Sad Panda Programmer, but I'm sorry to send messages every now and then reporting how the game has problems despite you having to work a ton to fix them.

You ever play Realm Grinder? It has an in-game changelog; that would be nice. Alternatively, pop something up that lists the major changes when you come back to a new version. It's not a huge deal, of course, but knowing about them would be nice; had I not read this thread, I probably wouldn't have found the "reminisce" button for a long time.
