I have an meta quest 3, i cant see anything in the headsets, someone can help me?

So doing the Unreal startup screen it shows at the bottom a graphics setting. It appears to be set to "Medium" but I'm not sure how to change it to "High" (/Ultra / whatever). I tried clicking w/Vive controllers, using D-Pad to swipe/scroll to right/etc. Going to try yet again via desktop w/Mouse but doubt this will work. Is there some way to set graphics quality to higher than Medium that is displayed?...

under the unreal logo it shows that.....tracking seems fine though

I want to capture the AbeVR Screen that opens when I start the game, but it's black. It doesnt show the game like in every other VR game. Is that on purpose so that the game cant be captured?
