This is super grindy, does anyone have any good strategies to speed this up? I know defenses kills and missile bombing kills do not count towards this, so if anyone have any good ideas to kill a lot of zombies during a run,m please tell me :)

I just bought the game, but haven't even gotten it to start. I start the game as normal through steam, but it just keeps loading and steam becomes "non-responsive". If i try to quit the launch, steam crashes and when i start it back up, it says the game is running. According to the task manager, it isnt. Fixed on startup. So, i've tried to use compatiblity settings for starting it up, and i've also tried forcing steam into a 1280 resolution as i saw something in a review about it being the max and thought...

Got to the third area, Taiwan I think, and the difficultly level really spiked! Far more than I would expect between one level and the next. And yes. I did double check to make sure it was still on casual.
