I figured out where the SSF4 menu backgrounds are. steamapps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\resource\ui\main_menu\vfx are the original SSF4 backgrounds and the destination folder is steamapps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\dlc\04_ae2\ui\main_menu\vfx
