Mkv mvc 3D support (bluray 3D format)

Is there a simple way to get mkvs with mvc 3D to work without loosing resolution (like when converting it on the fly with mpc), or converting all the files beforehand to full sbs?
If there is currently no way, would it be possible to add support for it?
If the licensing is a problem, I ( and probably some others too) would probably also pay for it as dlc, if it means the bluray rips will work out of the box.
