got that too. probably just your graphic card who is a little bit old like mine. go to settings, Graphic settings and then: synch times 60, Vsynch yes, and the two last ones of the bottom list on Low.
Restart the game
it solved the problem in my case

i have a AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series its not a bad graphic card in anyway, i can run all my games no prob, but on this this flickering is unacceptable.

no way, i dont pay 50 bucks to run a game on low, i can run the game on high settings, this are dimp problems, aslo the dlc its not showing, no archivements and forget about the card, i just hope they fix all this mess soon.

so pay 300 to get a recent Graphic card. can't say anything else. if you understand even just a little bit of computers you should know that our cards are pretty old. still powerfull but old. which means that we don't have new updates for our drivers and then that this kind of little inconvenients can happen. if you can't understand that chose one of the following:
1) Buy a new graphic card
2) Buy a next gen Console
3) stop playing or at least complaining

From what I've seen posted around, the depth of field setting is very demanding when set on high, is it really that big of a deal to have a single setting on low?

i set depth of field on low and graphics on medium, and its working fine, but for some reason the shadow option is greyed out on high and i can't change it, maybe is another bug :I

to change the shadow option you have to do it from the main menu before chosing your character.

and yeah sorry i've probably been a bit rude... but for me its even more rude to say: it's Dimps fault

While the problem isnt their game but your computer/settings
