S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Lost Alpha DC 1.4007 Configurator error. Help needed.

Please help with Lost Alpha Configurator
It is partly working, when launched i have a message "An unexpected error, and the program state is unstable."
I'm runing it on Windows 10 X64 pro with .net framework 3.5 and 4.7 and C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2017 installed.
1st tab with Launch Options and 4th tab with Graphics are working. 3rd tab Game is blank and 2nd tab mods crashing Configurator.

Hi.
Look like issue with bug in launcher, it is can't see and use .net framework.
I even reinstall windows and have same issue.
On russian forums in support section for Lost Alpha i have only one reply that i have to install or reinstall .net framework. It is not possible on Windows 10 as it is build in.
No luck, If you find answer, please let me know.

I had a similiar issue. After enabling a certain mod channel my configurator started to crash on mod tab. I fixed it.

Solution:

Open your main Lost Alpa directory, open configurator.ini, find: "EnabledChannels=" delete supected channel if not all channels.

Edit: it was Sputnik's channel, deleted perhaps hence:

"[2019-01-13 02:34:41] I:Check for update...
[2019-01-13 02:34:42] E:Response status code does not indicate success: 410 (Gone)."

My configurator started crashing when I open it after it updated. I already tried to delete the channels, but it still doesn't work.
Has this happened to anyone else? And where can I find the logs of the configurator? They aren't in its folder.

Found the solution: rename or delete the mod folder and it'll open again.

New Windows update fixed this issue for me.

I have this problem, neither solutions provided by wookie or Gian800 work, there is no configurator.ini in my game directory, and renaming the mods folder did nothing. And I updated Windows before I got this game last week.

It seems the windows update broke the configurator for me, since it worked before. My problem was with a mod that had been removed from the download section but that I still had in my mod folder.
I'll see if I can find a solution for the crashing.

No one on the forums has a real fix for the crashing, and the closest thing to it is to download an older version of the launcher.

This one doesn't crash. Delete the configurator.ini file before you open it for the first time.

The launcher shouldn't have anything to do with the savegames themselves. I still have all my saves after having downgraded to the version I posted.
