Not sure if the same applies to linux, but a temp fix on mac is in the console at the main menu, type r_hunkalloclightmaps 0 before loading a map. Probably won't work, as it looks like a different error, but worth a shot
ElGatuno 28 Oct, 2016 @ 4:21pm
its probably the same issue we're having (MAC)
OReally 28 Oct, 2016 @ 4:34pm
thanks, but didn't work. MP, SP, & co-op can not load into any map.

[Linux] GLSL Translation Error with Dismemberment Update
While loading up a map a popup appears saying "D3DToGL: GLSL Translation Error"
I know Linux support is not official yet, but it would be nice if this could be fixed in a hotfix :)

There's a linux version? Cool :D. Well I'll wait until it's a little more stable before buying the game.
Got the same darned problem - "d3dtoGL: GLSL translation error." Haven't found a workaround yet. Ubuntu 16.04.1

I am having the same issue on Arch Linux. If this doesn't get fixed soon I will probobly wind up refunding the game.
ElGatuno 31 Oct, 2016 @ 10:42am
don't worry guys they'll probably fix it soon.
Linktwo 31 Oct, 2016 @ 11:38am
They will need a crash report to fix it, send it to them by email, steam forum + pastebin or
/sarcasm just do what i do, light a bonfire and send the crashreport in binary one and zeros
