Looks nice, but: Linux?
Looks really interesting - do you plan on releasing a linux-verison, too?
Since there is a mac-version, most of the groundwork should already be done, one would believe.

From the devs' perspective, I imagine a Ps4/ XB1 version first would makes a lot more sense, given the sales potential tbh.

To update, we're considering supporting Diluvion in the main Linux branches, but not all of them. No estimated date for that yet.

yay, nice to hear :D
you don't have to bother too much about different distros - never had an issue in this regard.
But please don't do any nvidia-only-BS :)

Oh, that's very cool! Looking forward to your Linux port. If you need any help, like beta testing let us know.
Keep us posted!

If you only officially support the latest couple of versions of Ubuntu and SteamOS, that's plenty good enough.

That would be AWESOME. As flesk said, even if you only support Ubuntu and SteamOS (Steam Runtime), it should be fine. I'm using Arch Linux and haven't got any problem so far with other games which do just that.

Now this is something I would love to see on Linux :D

I would also be interested in this one on Linux.

Potential client here, following.
(yes, Ubuntu and/or SteamoS would be just fine)

Looks intriguing. Would certainly like this to make it to Linux.

Ooh, yes, yes, yes! There's a severe lack of underwater exploration games on Linux (that aren't in side-scrolling 2D) so I would snap this up immediately if it came to Linux! :D

As others have said, as long as you support Valve's own SteamOS, you should pretty much be set; checking that it works on Ubuntu as well practically guarantees support for other Linux distributions, but even if you don't do that, the community will usually come to your aid :)

Wow, Jules Verne inspired! Linux user here, very keen for a port.
