Why dont you import some decks of top ranked players. You ll have to decide wether to go
dmg/flank style or heal/support styl though but it helps to determine what your decks are missing or not.
Medical Excellence 4
Must have if you want to heal proper, rest cards is up to you depends on taste etc...But just say solo heal as pip is hard not impossible. They heal it self is not Hard you can pretty much spam the potion if you stay near the tank but well Cauterize ^^ ;)
Importing doesnt mean u are forced to play those sets forever. The purpose is to learn from them, hence why "but it helps to determine"..
I'm currently using this kind of a Pip build, which works great with good teammates. Most important thing with it is the Slow effect, which is the reason why Pip is great support character for your team.
Side Tanks IV
-reduce cooldown of explosive flask by 4sec (make slow effect attack every 4sec)
Acumen IV
-Gain 40% lifesteal against enemies slowed by explosive flask (for 3sec every direct hit you land gives you 240hp)
Graviton II
-Increase slow effect by 0,5sec
Sprint I
-10% bonus jump speed (Pip is good pick as dmg character if enemy team has Buck, you can outplay him with self heal and mobility)
Sturdy I
-No longer knockback from own weapon
Think about enemy team at point being slowed down to 50% speed every 4sec for 3 seconds.
