Saddle needed for Carvan Rhino?
Have all the DLC and used Admin mode to give myself a Rhino to help carrry junk early in game.

Can the Carvan Rhino also be mounted and, if so, what type of saddle do I need to manifest?

No, you can't mount it. Regular rhinos can be ridden but not the caravan one.

Hey..I should also ask ...if I whip up something I can ride and have the caravan rhino follow...is it possible the rhino can get stuck on a tree, fall behind and lose him or is there some way to whistle and he'll show up?

Pets and followers will teleport to you if they get stuck or behind. It may take some time but eventually they will. There's also a "return" command you can use when holding "E" and choosing the command from the pop up menu wheel.
