Animal Pen Crating Multiplier

The advice given online doesn't make any sense given that the timer is 6 hours. If you lower it to .001 (One ten thousandth) of the time, it should produce almost instantly.

On the other hand if you increase it to 10x and that's supposed to increase the animal crafting speed, then it should be 40 minutes or so. I've been sitting here for 3 hours and it's still roughly 20%... I had it at x10 for 10 minutes and the timer barely budged. What is going on!!

If you have a animal currently crafting when you changed the server setting, it still uses the old crafting setting. So you have to stop, then start the process in order for the animal pen to pick up the new server settings.

Yeah the ingame text was definitely typed by someone deeply in the throws of a massive crack binge. Move the slider low to make the pet grow fast, high to slow it down. If there is an animal inside the pen when you change the time, they will NOT be affected, but you can put others in with them to get the new time scale.

I just discovered this after playing and forgetting about this and watched them hatch in literally 3 seconds. Thanks for responding anyhow... The people in this community that I've met so far are very friendly and willing to answer questions.

Does this multiplier affect mount taming? I don't currently see any adjustments specifically for mount crafting
