I'm having issues filling in the floors.
My wife and I haven't played this game in awhile, so we decided to give it a shot again, see everything that's changed. We decided to build a hexigonal tower, starting with 6 triangle foundations. The problem we're having starts when we're building the floors for the upper levels. We can completely fill in the floor until we hit the center 6 triangles, the game just don't let me fill those in. It keeps telling me that it can't place things that are over-lapping.

Is there anything I can do to correct this?? Do I have to keep moving around until I find the right angle?? Is this a bug, so all of my floors will have to have a hole in the center(not too bad, actually, but would like to correct it).

Just aquestion, have you hovered over with a repair hammer to check stability, you can only go out so far without pillars or other reinforcements.

That is the error you get when you run out of stability. You will need to add some support below towards the middle to fill in the center of the upper levels.

There are limits as to how far you can build away from walls and or foundations. you can use a Repair Hammer to check the integrity of the panels aroung the hole.

Stability is broken right now there is a weird bug going on but it's inconsistent so it's hard to demonstrate. Dunno if that's at play here but this big has been annoying me a lot.

Shameless plug or not, I appreciate it. lol I'll watch them when I get home from work tonight. :)

With how I was designing my base, once I added beams to support the upper floors, I was able to fill in the rest as I hoped. XD

I'm not used to playing games that take that stuff into consideration, I like it. :D Makes me have to plan a bit more when building.
