Can you have two steam accounts and still play tf2 on BOTH without losing stuff or anything on either accounts?

Yeah, I use Sandbox to create a virtual drive so I can run two steam accounts at once on the same computer.

Legal? Sure. Something Valve can ban you for? No. Not yet anyway.

From the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Section 4:
"Valve may terminate your Account or a particular Subscription for any conduct or activity that Valve believes is illegal, constitutes a Cheat, or which otherwise negatively affects the enjoyment of Steam by other Subscribers. You acknowledge that Valve is not required to provide you notice before terminating your Subscriptions(s) and/or Account, but it may choose to do so."

So they haven't banned anyone for it yet, but that could change at any time. So, like any third-party trick/utility, use at your own risk

If you're doing it for more items, you could be risking a ban.

I gave that some thought actually. its the main reason i dont do it lol
Why risk a ban or upsetting valve. If your PC is big enough - or if you have 2 PCs (even better) why not just create a second account - get a second copy of TF2 and upgrade to premium (costs almost nothing) then you can simply trade between accounts.

I dont do this (I cant be bothered and dont really agree with it) but I know many people have many accounts.

Thats what I just did DeD
Selling virtual items for big cash, i don't think multi premium account is worse.
