Mann Vs Machine: No sight of engineer robots.

Hi, I've only played on the basic levels of the MvM missions, so I am yet to play all, but I've noticed a distinct lack of an engineer robot. I understand they wouldn't truly have a use since the sentries would take too long to construct, but it just seems weird that one class isn't visible in this update...

Not to start the tinfoiling, but is there something more behind the engineer than this update? Seeing as he did build the life-support AND seems to have a role building these robots...

I do see the lack of engy robot and actually just got the idea of him being the god of the robots so he's like a Super giant robot or something idk sounds crazy might don't care just would like some type of engy robot.

Well, if you haven't checked it out already, if you look at the scout, the heavy and the spy on the TF2's website's banner, they are all looking at the engineer...

Probably the Engie robot is for the later stages of the MvM, where the Mercs have finally gained the upperhand and Grey will be defending?

the Engie's connection to the Tobor might be:

1. Probably the Engie might be the very first to discover the Robots, and he probably got some info or maybe CAPTURED one (see Engie Update Trailer).
2. The Engie probably BETRAYED his employer, the Mann bros, by making the Robots for Gray (this theory can also be applied to Radigan Conahager)

I believe that while the RED team defends Mann co the BLU will be pushing payloads to blow up some robot factories, and since the robots will be defending..well.. You know the rest.

Well, with Valve still adding maps, gunslinger Engies would make a good addition. Who knows?

Someone killed engineer bot today.. thought maybe they imagined it, then later it happened again ?! was it a own-team disguised spy ? I should have made a console dump or at least checked :(

Is Valve trolling us ? is Engi coming soon ?

Maybe engineer is making the other class bots in their ship, or the engineer is driving the tank.

I remember something about placeholders for voicelines about the engie being added in an update a while back... mebbe be we'll see some kind of Christmas mvm event with robot engies featured?

I sure hope so.. mini sentries are damn effective when you have other stuff to shoot too
