question about dirty items

So the hats are going away after today if I buy them from the store are they considered dirty?

nope should be clean as a random drop. You mean craftable right? Well I never really got this trade terminology right...

I mean if I go buy say the Football helmet from the store right now is that considered dirty because it cannot be used in crafting? It is still tradeable but just not usable for crafting so not really sure what other people would consider it for trading purposes.

All hats and miscs are crafteble if you buy from the store
