Spytron 3000 Disguise Kit Missing??????

I had been playing spy for a short time and decided to try some different classes, when i returned to using spy my disguise kit had disappeared. i dont know where it could have gone but the same thing happened with my friend iPood. i is really irritating because i obviously can't disguise myself which is one of the main perks for a spy. if anyone know what i should do please help me :) thank you for reading XD

Just in case you are unable to read a weapon's stats, the YER disables the Disguise Kit. You can only disguise on a successful backstab and you basically eat your victim and become them.
