"Sawmill Strongmann"?

For those of you in the Trading Card beta, there's an achievement looking thing called Sawmill Strongmann, but it has no description or anything (that I can see, anyway)

How do you unlock it? Because I wanna see what happens.

It does not matter. Each badge has the same amount of xp. Even the level of the badge.

I crafted all five levels of the tf2 trading card badge without paying real money. :P

Trading cards go for a reclaimed metal each, last I checked. So if you have a lot of spare Team Fortress weapons, it should be easy.

My Sawmill Strongman says it is a Level 1 badge and I got it crafting 9 cards just once. It gives you a random background for your profile (ended up with Demo) and emoticon (spycon). Not sure what the emoticon is used for (chat somewhere?) since there does not seem to be any setting for that when I edit my profile.
