I Installed Model/Hud/Material
I Installed The Sounds For Scout
But It Doesn't Work :C

I think it's Steampipe or something, don't know too much about it.

The directories have changed with the coming of steampipe. Put those folders in steamapps/common/team fortress 2/tf/custom/new_folder_name_here to get it to apply to the new tf2.

Should use the same method, can't say for sure though since I've never done anything with the sounds.

some vpk fails must be extracted directlly in tf folder to work...
