Help. In-game browser error. Unable to trade.
I recently replaced my monitor due to faultiness and I ran Norton Antivirus Full-Scan, not sure if it has anything to do with this, but the main topic is that my in-game internet browser is not working. I can't trade in Team Fortress 2. Help?

That happened to me too, but you just have to turn on steam guard. I think

No, sorry I have it on, I had experiences the 15 day-wait already. It will not load up google, bing, or any website at all.
