Personally, I would try to go for cosmetic loadouts that go in a fashion similar to this

Pants/Glasses
Makes your charcters a little less cluttered but still very fashionable.
Yeah. If I may make a suggestion, try Angel Of death with that combo. You'll look like one of the clergies from the Black Death/Bubonic Plague of Europe
Pants can also be subsisted with shoes.
Shoes have to be used sparingly, especially considering Gunboats, Mantreads, Bootlegger, and Ali Baba's Wee Booties take up the same slot.
But my god the sexiness of Demoman with Sole Saviors and Cool Breeze makes me more moist than a bottle of Cetaphil.
