I am trying to learn trickstabs very hard :/

Simple awareness prevents these flashy things.
Good spies don't rely on them and use them as a last resort.
When chasing a spy you need to take corners wide so that they can't trickstab you, and never show your back or even side to a spy for even a moment.
Simply looking up or walking backward to juke the spy is a simple counter to stairstabs.

I don't really find them annoying, simply because they're easy to predict and I almost never get trickstabbed. Almost all the classes have better range than a spy, just don't run into him.

Not really, maybe 1 time out of 10 or 15. But what do you mean by "too late"? To react? For me never in that case.

You srs? I can see a trickstab a mile away. So I STAY a mile away, out of his melee range, and blow him to bits with my superior weaponry.
