Random Bots adding you.
If a bot named Lunar Comet tells you to add their friend, ignore the request as the link sent will make you login in to a FAKE steam site. The link they send you is
Notice how its STEAN community. In order to add or report / whatever you must login. DO NOT LOGIN. IT IS MOST LIKELY A PHISH TO TAKE YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.

Already blocked and reported. Phishers sure are stupid thinking we would fall for such a phony-looking link.

Also, you're late to the party. Double check your links, do not open said links, report poster of the link, and move on. Don't take it here, tbh...

your prob not postin trades on outpost/ other tradin sites, thats how the scamers get your name and add you

If that were true they wouldn't do it.

I got the same person add me about an hour ago.

Now lets see the response time for valve, I'm sure he's been reported for phishing dozens of times by now...but I've seen these peoples accounts stay live for quite some time...

Valve is just negligent on this stuff. Detecting such repetitive behavior can't be that hard, throttling such accounts so they can't add people at a rate worth their time until someone could double check before banning them would solve it

Got an add from this guy just a while ago. Not sure if my backpack is actually expensive enough to make people bother to send bots after me or if its just really automated.

If its just automated then i'll cry. I'M SO POOR AND IRISH. GIVE ME UNUSUALS DARN YOU.
