help multiplayer
I Have this problem: I can enter to tf2 but the problem is when i click the button Play Multiplayer the game makes this ( http://es.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2wc01fk&s=8#.UwuK6fl5ON8 )
and if i click a second time than crashes the game.

Steam Library - Right-click TF2 - Properties - Local Files - Verify Integrity of Game cache
