Take this and use nothing else. :spycon:
But for serious now,if you want to be good at Demo try to learn how to stickyjump and learn the Arc of your Projectiles.

Spam :sticky::sticky::sticky::sticky: in every situation. It's the 100% pure skill method of playing Demoman.

Use *both* of your ranged weapons, and put a couple thousand hours of practice into it.

And no, don't spam. It's worthless. Time and aim.

Well, that's a tough request you got there. Demo is a complex class, but I might give you some tips of mine:
1) Try specialised loadouts. Demo's arsenal is quite variable and versatile, but to get better at certain part of demo's weaponry, try specialised loadouts like: wee booties + sticky launcher; nade launcher + shield; hardcore demoknight (One thousand and one demoknights set) and defensive demo (non-stock nade launcher + scottish resistance).
2) Learn to stickyjump. IMO the basics are easier than rocketjumping, but it hurts more and advanced stickyjumps are harder.
3) Be flexible. As I said, demo's arsenal is variable as bloody hell, so if one loadout becomes useless, try changing to a different one. If you become used to the stock loadout, you will notice it has less weaknesses than other loadouts, but it's the hardest to learn.
4) Use wiki.[wiki.teamfortress.com] Seriously, use it often.
