Can't connect to item server on local server
I can't get item servers to work on a locally created server. I always had no problems with this before, just yesterday I spent some time practicing Direct Hit Airshots on tr_walkway but now I can't get a loadout. I have my loadouts and items on any random public server but not in a local server anymore, does anyone know why or how to fix it? I have seen this problem happen on Linux/Ubuntu but I am on Windows 7 and I didn't see a fix for it when I searched

Go to steam, settings, opt in to the Steam Beta Client. Restart Steam then restart Server. Presto...it's fixed.

That worked. Didn't expect it to but it did. Makes me wonder why that was happening
