Yes, it does drain cloak faster when moving.

It really shouldn't drain faster. It's rather bad in it's current state. Does the meter refill faster by picking things up like the say stock does? I don't remember that ever been the case. Anyway, the fast drain makes it a ♥♥♥♥ choice in any given situation until such a time that Valve adds female classes to the game. It might be worth it purely to be a perverted creep.

Sadly, no. You can't pick up ammo to refill your cloak when using the Cloak and Dagger. You have to either be uncloaked or stay completely still while cloaked in order for it to recharge.

well they might as well remove it from inventory because nothing of value will be lost. Last time I tried it it took at least 10 seconds to recharge while uncloaked, and several times slower while cloaked. Though if I remember right, dispensers boosted the recharge rate.

Cloak and Dagger always held only 6 seconds until you became partially visible @ 100% running speed. So yes, it virtually drains faster than stock Invis Watch, unless you have the nerves to crouch your way into the enemy base.

You can't say it drains faster when moving since it only drains when you move. Staying still actually recharges it.

Cloak and Dagger enables the spy to cloak indefinitely with the only drawback being he has to stop running when he is running low on meter.

Veterans might do better with Invis watch when they instinctively pick up dropped weapons and know every ammo pickup location but C'n'D is still an obvious advantage when using Your Eternal Reward or backcapping.

Well maybe its bad in pubs but in lobbys and stuff its rly good when you can stalk their medic and take easy kills when the pyros leaves

also Ive noticed it takes longer to decloak
