Watergate Crashes Client
Since the release of the new Watergate map, (which I don't all too enjoy but whatever,) my game seems to crash during this map specifically. If it be the UFO or whatever, I don't know. I'm on a Mac, and kinda wanna know if anyone has been having this probelm as well?

I've played the other maps extensively, and so far, it's only been Watergate that crashes me.

And inb4 someone's like, "being on a Mac is your problem," shhhhh. You're not helpful- stop breathing, thanks.

People on PC crash on 2fort_invasion while Mac and Linux people crash on Watergate, Volvo wot madness is this?
Considering the update came on TODAY, of course there's gonna be glitches and bugs here and there. Same happened with those beta maps. There's always some major bugs on the first day. Give it a week or 2 and all major bugs should be fine.

Apparently when you play in Windows on a Mac, you avoid all these problems.

This really isn't a post of me saying, "hey, this should be fixed like ASAP," this is mostly me trying to bring this to the attention of people when they do try to find all these bugs, and this is also me saying this in hopes it does get noticed as a pretty big bug, and has more consideration of being fixed faster. If this makes any sense.

But I know, in a week or two bugs should motly be ironed out, but having patience isn't fun.

Can confirm i got the same issue, but for me it happens when it attempts to load the map. No errors or anything pop up, it just struggles to load and closes completely. I have a feeling it might be due to the missing textures i am noticing, including some UI, but these textures/UIs ain't missing at all if you go on the maps via training, only on servers.

Same here on Ubuntu in Watergate, in the dump there is a lot of errors with this map.
Maybe they forgot that files paths under Mac and Linux [can be/are] case sensitive and fails to find a few files/ressources...

I have been crashing a lot since the Invasion "update" whenever the server changes maps, regardless of the next map in the rotation.

I'm on a MAC and I've tried to play Watergate map as well, and it crashes while it's loading every time. Must be a MAC Problem. Of course, my MAC is an older 2009, so maybe that's the issue? I never crash with any other map.

I am on pc, and the client has crashed when connecting. Although i've only tried just once, hopefully nothing goes wrong the next time.
Linux Mint 17.2 x64 here, and watergate crashes every time I try to play it. The map loads, but anywhere from a few seconds to a minute later, crashes back to desktop.

This map crashes every time on os x 10.11 and 10.10 and all 4 linux distros i tried, arch, ubuntu, mint, debian...

New update for tf2, downloading now. Will see if that fixes anything but the changelog doesn't say anything that seems related.

Edit: Just tried and still have a segfault in watergate.

An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include: Fixed generic bomb entities (in the Invasion maps) damaging teammates when shot with an arrow Fixed infinite money exploit related to refunding upgrades in Mann vs. Machine mode Jarate and Mad Milk will collide with friendly teammates that are on fire at close range Updated Batsaber to use the 'unique' base quality Updated the Scout's pistol animation Updated pd_watergate Fixed the reason in the win panel at the end of a round referring to robots Fixed a case where players were able to get outside of the map Fixed a sound cache problem
