TF2 Strange Count Transfer Tool

So I wanted to transfer my strange counts from my strange flamethrower to my new strange australium flamethrower. However my original strange flamethrower has its default kill count, and additional damage count and allies extinguished count. Does the transfer tool transfer all 3 counts at once or do I need to buy 3 transfer tools in total?

It transfers all counts at once.

However if your Australium Flamethrower doesn't have the Damage Count and Allies Extinguished parts those scores won't be transferred.
