WHY DO AUTOBALANCE STILL EXIST?

since it was added, the autobalance did just nothing, it's only useful to ruin a good match, it's funnier playing an unbalanced game and learning from your own errors than be autobalanced in a losing team, inducing you to ragequit the match despite your high score.
sadly is more probable to get autobalanced if you have a high score, ruining all your ambitions to be the MVP.

in my opinion the autobalance is the opposite of what it claims to be, and this only make things worse. i hope it gets removed as soon as possible

Because some players are sick of matches getting one sided 5vs10, it is just need 2 players to leave before the snowball effect start and ended up by playing with 4 teammate against 10 enemies because enemies are not willing to move to your team for balance.

Autobalance is necessary evil it needed so the game continue NOT end when some players quit.

Better idea: Adding leaver penality will decrease the number of quitters and autobalance will happen less.

Because Valve catered to the idiots who cause unbalanced games to begin with in the first place. So now we have to get punished for the actions of game abandoners.

There should be a abandon policy, but not as severe as a 3 month ban for leaving a casual for the first time, maybe only ban for a week if you left about 6 non ctf/payloadrace maps in a row.

People couldn’t even handle a 10 minute ban when they ruined a match when MYM came out lol.

A lot of the time the people just leave themselves, since Valve actively encourages it so I can understand why. A lot of matches now turn into this:
