'Game Database Login Failure'
Please note; that is a server migration issue. Basically we're turning off our first set of servers and upgrading servers to be more widely usable for people around the world (we want you to play with people close to you, but not have you waiting for too long). We have upgraded to servers that should very easily be able to handle everyone, but we want to say that issues like this login problem might show up.

Our team was in the office until 4AM EST, some guys are still working, but most are getting some sleep. Heck, I finally got some sleep and will be up as long as I can for you guys here.

We are working on servers like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I promise you.

EDIT: There is a workaround that might be possible, but you will have to open Family Share settings for an alternate account. You will start from level 0, but you should get access to the game and start playing. The issue could occur again, however.

EDIT #2: Users might start seeing their accounts come back, though they will see Lvl. 0 displayed with everything unlocked. This seems be getting stable. We are *pretty* sure that all of your save data is on the backend, still being tracked, but not displaying on your client. This is progress, but in no way final progress. Should have more info.

Well, your social media man should've stayed behind to keep us informed. Hands down one of the worst game releases in history.

so... when will be able to play ? cause i am waiting from yesterday to "test" the game i was waiting since 2 years ????
Every game has some startup problems ;) Im sure the Devs working hard on this and its not fair to give this game a bad review about that because 1. its great game 2. devs doing good job for this. I love this game so far. You have my full support !

I like how he says "Some guys are still working". Are we supposed to feel sorry for your team? We paid you 40 bucks for something that doesnt even work. The entire team needs to be in there working non stop until this issue is resolved. I'll bet another 40 bucks that this doesnt get fixed until Tuesday.

LOL this is not even close to worst release in history there is AAA games that have hundreds of millions of dollars behind them that could not be played for months because of bugs like Batman Arkham City

It is best to disable comments on important messages like this one.
It is good to know when was the last message from you guys and what is the status from it.
Many people constantly bump it with comments without it.

We all appreciate your efforts and dedication for the game.
