Thank you for reading this before sending an email or posting a bug report here.

If you encounter a bug or want to make a suggestion, you can now do it in-game:

• Press ALT + B shortcut anytime, enter information in the form and click "Submit"
  
• Or click the Bug / Suggestion button in the Main or Pause Menu

This is very helpful for us, as it will upload the log files, save game files, and screenshot directly with the report!

You can also freely create a new topic in this forum root in order to communicate with me any bug you might encouter.

Hi there Pearljh123! Thank you for your message.
Normally, when the player brings a cube to a place it shouldn't be, the cube gets destroyed. However, there might be a problem with the specific area you played and made it glitch.

Could you please describe to me where you encountered this problem? In which Chapter, and which room? And what did you manage to glitch?

If you are able to take screenshots to show this, that would be of great help!

Hi there! Thank you for your report! OK, in the latest versions of the update of the mobile version on Android (1.9.x) this bug should be fixed! Due to an issue with Google, the free version of Fractal Space: Pocket Edition is currently unavailble, only the HD version (premium) with enhanced textures / graphics / lighting is available. Free version should be back within 2 weeks :)
