Plague doctor armor?

I've seen several enemies wearing plague doctor masks and some wearing hoods and overcoats, namely the Looter Alchemist and the Masked Servants. However, I can't find a damned thing regarding any such armor or outfit when googling. Is it possible to get any of that outfit, or at least the mask, from somewhere?

(note, I'd prefer not to have to add more mods to try and get them, my game already takes several minutes to load. I'm mostly interested if they're in the base game.)

The plague mask you don't get or atleast I have not come across it. Hood and robes are possible but they might have a different design to them than what you are looking for. The closest armor set that has a mask similar to a plague mask would be Duna's Undertaker armor you can unlock in act 2. Pretty good armor too although its meant for a ranger but my scoundrel has been using it since I put it on him.

It would only be available through mods, if one exists that adds it. Pretty sure one does.

There is now the Vulture armor set from the "Relics of Rivellon" it has something that looks like the plague doctor mask.
