[Bug] Elven Seer Quest

I have gotten into a sticky spot where I have helped Saheila escape the Wolves but the quest doesn't progress. She travels to the elven camp (like she is supposed to), but just stands there. Neither here nor Tovah can engage in conversations. Seems like its a bug?

Just happened to me playing the definitive edition.
Either Tovah or Saheila are not able to engage in conversations.

Any workaround ?

I'm also in the same position. I believe the bug is related to the ritual. Each elf should go to their corner after they finish the ritual, except in my game they continue to chant forever near the pit where they threw the dead elf.

I tried reloading before I met them to see if this happened again, and sure enough it did.

Also tried to rescue Saheila without meeting them. Same problem.

I'm bummed.

I found a fix on Reddit thanks to user jahboh. Pickpocket Saheila and Tovah and let them accuse someone (probably someone innocent though!) and it'll unfreeze them. Then just talk to Saheila and she'll talk to her mother and proceed the quest.

I know this is an old thread, but what somehow worked for me was simply waiting. I couldnt pickpocket them so I was trying to craft an invisibility potion and during that somehow her mother recognized that her daughter was already back for 10 minutes lol
