How to get all the cards without buying it?

I have finished the games, but havent finish collecting the cards. Is there anyway to collect them without buying them on the market?

The only way to get more cards without buying them on the market, after you've gotten all your free drops. Is to trade for them or wait and hope you're one of the lucky ones to get a booster pack when someone else crafts the badge for this game.

To expand on that, if op doesn't want to buy any cards for any game. Op would need to break down cards, backgrounds, emotes, etc that they already own in order to get gems from those.

Yes. I'm not sure on the exact details, it's been a while since I've checked out cards. But if I understand correctly, out of all the people that has all the free card drops for a game. Those same people will have a chance for a booster pack when someone crafts the badge for that game.

It's certainly possible, since that's how free to play games work if I remember correctly. But it's a paid game now, so I don't think it should matter. I'm not sure the devs are active on the Steam forums. I guess you could always contact Steam if it really bothers you. They could at least explain what the problem is I would think.
