whole road my private one but still Citycars are spawned driving endless U-turns blocking "my" vehicles.

It is not a good idea to make city streets private. The residents still get their car out of the garage and put it on the street. If they then want to drive away, find out that they cannot go forward, then turn around and try the other direction. The residents of simutrans are stupid, they keep screwing up until they are dead.

then the ignoranz of residents are the bug. do i have to set traffic density to zero to not get any, which would be sad.
thats the cause i don't use trucks at all. if you use the full cap of a street with trucks transporting (around 1830 not seldom) than the citycars reducing the transportatiovolume more than halve, and sometime even blocking everything (private street).
-> Only good Trains innercity.

a private road is a private road. This expropriation is a mystery to me anyway, without any message that your build road is now public.

Private sign should prevent a street going public. As you can disallow public player, then citycars should not be spawn or driving there. (maybe some restrictions like in Extended that each house have to have at least one "public" street connection). Would solve the problem without having to switch all public vehicles off, not having to use Elevated roads or beeing forced to use trains.

You can set citycar_level = 0 this can be found in "Settings" Economy and cites" below. After the change please save and reload the game.
It takes a few years before the parameter take effect.

Do not use private signs in city. The street belongs the residents. Latest after the next update of the house the street is public.
Private signs are against other players.
However, you can calm down streets with one-way street signs. Leading citycars to other streets.

Others also fight against citycars.
