Camera bug. The camera keep spinning around1 Please Help!

I bought this game yesterday , i tried to play, but nothing work the menu have ploblem i cannot click on anything and when i finally get in game, the camera keep spinning aroud.
I tried changing controller i tried without controller just with kboard and mouse and its keep spinning. i even try a different mouse and keyboard and the camera bug still there.
I would really like to play this game but i cannot can someone can help me?

Hey same issue here.
My camera was also spinning on LA Noire a few days ago but it seems like it's ok now but today I have a problem with this game x.x

I tried to unplug my PS4 controller but it's still the same. Also I use DS4Windows

same here. playing with mouse and keyboard, but aftera minute in the game (thi8nk i looked at a photo or so and re-exited?) i am in full forward mode and cant stop it. Xbox controller is disconnected, dont know what the problem is.
