Wallpapers stuck at 0%
Most of my wallpapers are stuck at 0%. And when it tries to download i get an Error sayin [Steam error #####]I've open and closed via Task manager and manually uninstalled, restart my PC, redownloaded Wallpaper engine (MANY times) and nothing happens. My steam is always up-to-date, and I'm not downloading any games while it opens. This has been going on for a month maybe and I'm getting sick and tired of this bull crap!

Reinstalling Wallpaper Engine won't help, this issue is entirely in Steam. Have you tried using a different download server in the Steam download settings to download from?

Just did and nothing happened. No downloads still.

What does it show in the downloads section inside Steam? Does it at least show it's queuing a download there?

It shows a few Downloading and 2 100% the rest is 0% but the queueing would never finish. But I might have fixed it, I redownloaded steam and unscubscribed EVERY Wallpaper. Downloaded 2 for now, successfully. I don't know if that was a proper way of doing it. Hopefully I can download more after i reset my net.

Hm I mean in the Steam downloads tab (Library -> Downloads), you can fully close Wallpaper Engine since the program isn't downloading anything, it only shows Steam's progress.

It should show up in Steam as 'Wallpaper Engine Workshop content' in the download queue where it also shows games.
