Bug: flatten visible

Bug #1:
If you click the eye ball tool and turn off viewing every layer, then try to merge all visible, the client will crash.


(Possible Bug #2):
When trying to "Flatten Visible" layers while inside a "Group" folder, it merges the group folder + the graphic layers into one, (destroying the group folder)

Hi Jerry Pie, thanks for contact us. I were able to reproduce bug #1, soon in the next Aseprite release it will be fixed.
Issue #2, "Flatten Visible" command behavior can be improved when working with Layers Groups, currently if you want to keep Layers Groups intact after a Flatten Visible command, you should turn off the desired layer Group visibility. Merge Down command can manage layers inside a group as you want, but manually.
I will take note of issue #2 to improve Flatten Visible command.
