This is the sequel to Victoria III

Masterpiece.
It was made with a razor thin budget, skeleton crew, and little to no development for the past 6 years. Despite all of these factors the game manages to have incredibly complex and entertaining game play and infinite replay-ability, beating it's predecessor in every way imaginable. I would recommend Victoria 2 to anyone who enjoys grand strategy games in any capacity. A relic of the company Paradox Interactive used to be.
