What's the recommended level for " Give a dog a bad name" mission ?

The level is 13 now and I can't even make it to sewers let alone the beast inside.. I get killed over and over by the men standing in front of the sewers entrance


Any advice?

I think I was level 15 - but the main thing to practice is dodge, dodge, hit, hit, hit, dodge -if you can avoid the hits the rest is just just time. It takes preactice though depending on you platform.

This is a tough one, this game can be tough. At one point, I had to basically start doing other quests elsewhere to increase my life bar and stamina bars.

As a hint as well, there's a skill that makes you deplete blood for health, comes mighty handy, it's the one with the heart.

There's a couple of skills for shielding as well that might come in handy too if you're not a fast dodger or have fast reflexes to spare.

Do you mean the boss ? i think weapon is really important as well as in dodging skills like @satanswombat said. Theres a 2-hand weapon with decent damage with stuns after upgrade to level 3 (Mace), tho it required alot of stamina to swing it. For the boss, try to learn how its attack pattern, and get used to it through many retries.

I managed to kill it by dodging around to wait for the right timing to hit it, levels did affect alot of things in this game, but the skills in dodge and hit is much more crucial imo. I killed the boss with lower levels than yours, but with many retries.

ohh I missed out your post " can't even make to sewer" , i thought u are in sewer... before entering sewer, those hunters are quite difficult to deal with as well. May i know if your character is inside the Night Asylum, where Sean is, now?

Starting from area "1" , walk to area "2" and there is 1 range hunter in area "3", and 3 hunters in area "a".

Teleport to area "3" and killed the lone hunter (it might alert the hunters in area "a" , so be alert")

Area "4" has 1 range hunter as well and might alerted when u killing hunter in area "3". Proceed to area "4" to kill the hunter by using "b" which is a bridge.

Area "5' has 2 hunter , 1 melee and 1 with shotguns, try to kill them in your best way. I killed the melee first as his max hp is the lowest.

Next, if you may notice the blue color shape, it indicates under , and red indicates upper. Oval shape with "E" is where the entrace is (if not mistaken)

Go to the triangle red shape, look down to area "C" , there is around 3 hunters. Shoot them with your gun to lure them to area "3" via the stairs.

In this moment when they using the stairs, jump down from triangle and head to the entrance. It is better if you stay on the triangle until the fighting pose is gone and instantly jump down and head to entrance.

Notes: This instruction may look confuse, but this is my ways after many tries to enter the sewer.
