But i have read that it all depends on what level your character is and how much citizens were killed. So for some people even on level 30 it's easy because it's a totally different setting.
Does make no sense to me sadly.
I was having a blood rush/blast and the final boss just putted it to a painful halt.
I'm doing many loops now just to increase my level.
But it's going to take hours and hours doing these rounds just to only increase a single level.
So to become level 50 it's an insanty of doing the same thing over and over again.
Please developers could this outcome be altered in some way.
I also got many materials but they are useless as well as the money.
Every trader is dead and thereby dealing is no more possible.
I'm going to get a maximum of al the serums and then hopefully it will get me through the battle against the final boss, if not repeat same loop over and over again of gathering serums and the very little experience per each fight. Something tells me this is not the gameplay it is supposed to be. Please patch/fix. Thank you! It would without doubt make me fall in love with this game once again, now it's rather turning into the opposite direction.
I devoured most (though not all) of the citizens of the city, because the ones who escaped were either missing or killed before my Mesmerize was high enough. I also spared most of the pillars of the communities by turning them into vampires (which costs a hefty amount of XP to do), and I still managed to get to level 49 by the time I took on the final boss.
Here's a tip: Invest points in the paralyzing ability. I think it's called Coagulate, or something like that. Also, specialize it for maximum duration. Don't bother making it drain blood from your victims, it is NOT worth the investment.
One of the best things about your vampiric powers is that they actually work on boss encounters, where as most other games would have them be immune to it.
Use it on her when she goes on the offensive and then rush in for a free strike or two. When she summons minions, try to bite them as quickly as possible to replenish your blood. You don't take damage while biting people, either. So it should give you some time to recollect yourself.
At this point you can alternate both attack infinitely and the speed at which you attack is incredible. Once I found that out the game became quite easy.
Ps if you search for a dagget there is on on top floor of the ascalon club
I just completed both an evil and pacifist run.
The boss didn't even summon any minions in the pacifist run, and seemed to take a lot more damage than with the evil route.
Did I miss something!?
I just finished my pacifist run, fought her at Level 29, and plenty of minions spawned for me. Frankly, I thought it was way cheesy because they were paper dolls: one-hit stun, single bite, and then dead. I figured the devs just threw them in for the free blood resupply since the Queen couldn't be stunned.
