General Guidelines

“Toxic” behavior will not be tolerated. This includes -- but is not limited to -- harassment; abusive, rude, or hateful messages; name-calling; “trolling”; racial slurs; excessive profanity; threats of harm against another person; obscene sexual comments; or comments based on one’s sexuality, race, gender, or beliefs. More on this below.

Be mindful of fellow players and treat the person on the other side of the keyboard with respect. Whether new or experienced, all players can have an “off day” or a bad game. This is no excuse to treat them poorly for the short period of time you must share a space with them.

Be respectful while winning and graceful when losing. Every game must have a winning and a losing team. Treat both your teammates and your opponents with respect and good sportsmanship. Blaming others for a loss and gloating while winning are all examples of poor sportsmanship.

Player Behavior

Abusive behavior is not allowed. This includes harassment, rude or abusive messages, and name-calling.

Inappropriate and hateful messages will not be tolerated. This includes racial slurs, hate speech, excessive profanity, obscene sexual comments, and comments about one’s religion, sexuality, race, gender, nationality, language, or beliefs.

Trolling is not allowed. We consider trolling as behavior that deliberately ruins player experience. Examples would include refusing to participate in a match (AFKing) or dying repetitively to the enemy team with the purpose of assisting them (deliberate feeding).

Do not spam messages or pings.

Do not spam chat.

Do not use exploits, scripts, bots, or “cheats.” If you would like to report an exploit, script, bot, or “cheat” that you have found, please contact a Robot Entertainment staff member.

Do not impersonate Robot Entertainment staff. Attempts to intentionally mislead others by impersonating a staff member is not allowed.

Do not make another community member’s personal information public. This includes, but is not limited to, their home address, IP address, home phone number, and unpublished email addresses.

Do not attempt to sell game accounts, items, or forms of online currency on the forums, in-game, or in private messages.

Do not advertise in-game services, online currency, or game account sales.
