Can't click anything once game starts

The game will start and occupy both monitors. Sometimes it will be full screen, and others it will be some weird area like the top of both monitors or something. After that, nothing can be clicked to try to change that or start a game. Happened after the update. Tried reinstalling, running as admin, checked the integrity of the files, and nothing has seemed to work.
