Money-making glitch?

I realised not long after first playing the game that you can buy 5x animal feed for 30g, but sell back 1x animal feed to Mary for 30g.. It's an easy way to make money so you can get a good head-start, within a matter of in-game days I had a fishing rod, plenty of bait, more than enough crab food for when the better bair becomes available and now wooing girls is 10000000x easier because I can afford the higher-price items. I hope they never fix it, it makes the game so much better in my opinion.

not hard to make money normally anyway, you go out foraging and come back with +/- 10 wild mushrooms a day. which is about 300gold.
in general there isnt much use for gold at all early game. you can buy all the tools rather quick and seeds don't cost much.

in less than 10 ingame days i had about everything that u can buy (outside of animals cous i dun care for em)

My point is for people who want to do every single thing, like me. Wooing the girls is a million times easier because with very little effort I can afford big ticket items, which is just one example. Plus buying the things for the animals, which I actually bother with because y'know I actually want to progress in the game, is so much easier.
