Office problems...

I placed a office HQ and Expansive workplace on the upper floors of my building. Surronded them with sound proof doors... Yet they are still un happing, crying about noise and vacating everyday. Is this a bug? why are they so picky? What can i do to keep these type of offices in my building? Do I really need to have like 2 vacant floors between them and other tenants?

Can you show us a screenshot of what you've built?

I have the same experience in the game with noise, same with odor. Only way I can make it work is with empty floors in between.
