Do you have a bad framerate?
Please post your PC/laptop specs here. I'm gathering the data to try and fix it.

I removed "global.rpgsave" and now I can't see my saves!
Global.rpgsave keeps track of your save files. You can restore your savefiles this way:

• Move all your original save files to a different folder.
  
• Start a new game and create a bunch of (useless) saves.
  
• Exit the game.
  
• Take your original save files and OVERWRITE the useless saves.
  
• Start the game.
  
• It will look like the useless saves, but you can load your original saves this way.

Having trouble starting the game?
Please restart your laptop/PC and instead of starting Steam, please LAUNCH THE GAME DIRECTLY at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\OH! RPG!\Game.exe

OR try turning off your anti-virus or firewall (e.g. deactivate Kaspersky).

On Windows XP?
If running Windows XP, you may have to "Disable Steam" in the Options menu as well.

This is the first game on Steam using this new engine so we are still learning as we go along. Thank you for your patience! :)

I bought the game, and tried launching it after it installed. However, it won't open. I've even shut down Steam all together, and when I bring Stem back up, it says that the game is already running...but it's not...

I've got the same issue as Duffman. When launching the game steam freezes along with the game (which is supposidly running). This happens before the first time setup that happens with most steam games. Furthermore after restarting Steam the game is still considered to be running, despite not being an active process according to task manager.

Currently running on Windows 10.

Can you guys try booting the Game.exe directly? The store page shows at the bottom where to find this. Please make sure to fully restart your laptop or PC first to make sure the Steam process is no longer running.

Actually, I wouldn't worry, two beta testers had this issue and for some reason the game started working for them fine after a little bit.

So just to confirm, all you did was restart Steam and then restart the game again, right?

I wonder if it's just a one time issue whenever you install or update the game. I look forward to hearing from you guys! This is the first game release with this new engine, so we're all just learning as we go along. ^_^;

Restarting both Steam itself and my computer didn't fix my problem. However I was able to run the game directly (not through Steam, with Steam closed as you suggested). I'll post again with my results after doing a fresh restart now that the game has been initialized.

EDIT: Upon restarting I had to launch the game twice through Steam. The first launch launched the game however Steam closed in the process (not sure which end that came from). I proceeded to close the game and attempt to run it through steam again, which launched it through Steam without issue.

Awesome! It's possible you may have to "Disable Steam" in the options menu if the game suddenly crashes later with a weird error, but hopefully not. Please keep up updated!

I have restart my pc and steam but nothing change.

If I understand correctly, you can run and play the game but it is slow?

That's odd... By menu... do you mean the title screen? Or the "Inventory Status Skills etc."? Or the battle menu?
