Obtaining money and crafting materials in the game is a slow and tedious process, but you soon get used to it and build your character slowly and don't try and be a BOSS straight out the gate. The game is really down to personal preference, and i found it a lovely game. It was slated on it's original release due to immense problems it had, glitches and bugs were plenty. Now though it's a much better experience and it deserves far more recognition.
Regarding future content, i was told that the game was no longer being supported by the developers as they are working on other projects. This is a shame, if they did an expansion on the story then it would most likely put this game at the top of the tree. It's better than most AAA titles out there that's for sure. With a coupon it's a no brainer to get...
However The mess hinted that Fatshark are still having a guy working on stuff, or maybe something more in the works for Krater at a later time, so fingers crossed we will see the next parts (it was planned as a trilogy).
At least for me I enjoyed the game from start to finish, and I honestly never understood why ppl complained so much at the 'lack' of skills and that they needed to get new ppl for their teams.
I just found it natural to replace someone who could no longer do what i wanted them to do.
And as far as skill goes, it's a question of putting boosters in them to change what they do which makes the whole game a lot more fun.
Anyway, the game is clearly not for everyone, so if you haven't already, then try the demo first and see if you like it. If you do, get it, if you don't, dont get it....its as simple as that imo
